Parking and storage

There is plenty of parking just at your vacation home .

Storage of bicycles, mopeds, rally cars , motorcycles and other possible.

Bed sheets and bath towels

The beds are made and towels are provided.

Please remove the sheets at departure.

Forbidden

smoking in the accommodation, no pets allowed, no unsolicited parties.No unsolicited extra nights.

No retribution in case of early departure.

Noise to be kept outside between 10pm and 7am unless agreed.

Security deposit

200€

Cash to be paid upon handing over the keys.

Final cleaning and cost bath towels and bed linen.

You Bed sheets and bath towels provided, as well as toilet paper and tea towels.

You must leave the house clean. tidy, dishes done, fridge empty, oven and stove cleaned.

The big cleaning we do for you 

You have to bring back your own glass, the rest of your waste can be sorted.

Cancellation policy

-Between 14 and 0 days before arrival: 100%.

-Between 14 and 21 days: 50% cancellation fee

-Cancellations before 21 days are free of charge

-No show 100%

-No refund in case of early departure

-Last minute bookings are not refundable.

Playroom "Poorthuis"

The use of all games available, including Flemish folk games, arcade computer, table soccer,... are free to use.

This room is a common area.

Open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

 

Liability

We are not liable for accidents in and around the Smishoeve. The use of the bakfiets, go-cars, pizza oven, wellness and all other extras are at your own responsibility.

Vegetable/fruit garden.

In the vegetable garden I grow everything delicious. If you see something you wish to eat, please ask . Please do not harvest anything yourself please.

It is also possible to order a vegetable package.

Need something extra? Just ask

In the playroom you can find extra toilet paper, towels, soap, coffee.

Also the baby chair and crib can be taken here and put back afterwards.

Payment

This should preferably be done in advance by bank transfer.

50% at reservation and 14 days before arrival the full amount should be on the account.
