🆕 Changes from January 2026

From January 2026, there will be some important changes to our operations. Below is an overview of the changes:

Collaboration with Belvilla From 2026, all bookings will be processed exclusively through Belvilla. It will therefore no longer be possible to book directly through our website.

Payments through Belvilla All payments will now be processed through the Belvilla platform.

Personal welcome remains Despite the collaboration, I will remain your host. I will personally welcome you, handle the check-in, and be available during your stay.

Long weekend with full rental If you rent the entire accommodation for a weekend, you can check out until 8 PM on Sunday. This way, you can enjoy an extra-long weekend!

Extras can be booked on-site All extras such as breakfast, wellness facilities, go-karts, wood for the pizza oven, etc. can still be booked on-site and paid for in cash or via Payconiq.

Preference for full rentals: In 2026, we will continue to prefer renting out the entire property. Individual cottages are only available for last-minute bookings if they are not yet fully booked.

Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in: between 5 PM and 8 PM

Check-out: before 10 AM

Sunday Exception: For full weekend rentals, check-out is until 8 PM

You must leave the house clean and tidy, we will do the big cleaning.
Some points of attention:

Sort waste, take glass back with you.
Remove bed linen from the beds and put it together.
Chairs on the table.
Leave the kitchen clean, clean the oven and empty the refrigerator.
Brush out the house.
Put everything back where it was, also in the playground.
Leave the key on the inside of the door or deposit it in the key box.
Put everything back in its place, both inside and outside.
Please inform me of your check-out time.

So you can choose to sit together or stay individually in your home.

Each house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, terrace, parking, living room with digital TV with Netflix and YouTube.

We do this for you. When booking, a supplement is added for final cleaning.

We are not liable for any accidents in and around the smishoeve. The use of the playground, go-carts, (skelters) pizza oven, wellness and all other extras are at your own risk. Visiting the animals is also at your own risk.

The smishoeve cannot be held liable if we have to cancel your trip for internal reasons.
